Cancellation Policy
At The House of Kitty Dunbar, we value your time and ours. To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, we have the following cancellation policy in place:
* 48-Hour Cancellation Window: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients and manage our schedule effectively.
* Non-Refundable Deposit for Makeup & Blowouts: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking for all makeup and blowout services. This deposit secures your appointment and will be applied toward your total service cost. As a courtesy you’ll have the opportunity to rescheduled your appointment once.
* Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment or failure to show up will result in being charged the full service fee for spray tans, makeup and blowout services.

* 4-Week Cancellation Window: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 4 weeks prior to your scheduled appointment in writing. This allows us to accommodate other clients and properly prepare for your event.
* Non-Refundable Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your total service cost.
* Signed Contract: A signed contract is required to confirm your booking. This ensures clarity and agreement on the terms of service.
* Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made within 4 weeks of the appointment or failure to show up will result in being charged the full service cost.
