At The House of Kitty Dunbar, we value your time and ours. To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, we have the following cancellation policy in place: * 48-Hour Cancellation Window: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients and manage our schedule effectively. * Non-Refundable Deposit for Makeup & Blowouts: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking for all makeup and blowout services. This deposit secures your appointment and will be applied toward your total service cost. As a courtesy you’ll have the opportunity to rescheduled your appointment once. * Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment or failure to show up will result in being charged the full service fee for spray tans, makeup and blowout services. At The House of Kitty Dunbar, we take pride in delivering exceptional service for your special events. To ensure a smooth and professional experience, the following cancellation policy applies to rehearsal dinner luxe glam and hair services: * 4-Week Cancellation Window: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 4 weeks prior to your scheduled appointment in writing. This allows us to accommodate other clients and properly prepare for your event. * Non-Refundable Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your total service cost. * Signed Contract: A signed contract is required to confirm your booking. This ensures clarity and agreement on the terms of service. * Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made within 4 weeks of the appointment or failure to show up will result in being charged the full service cost. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy, as it allows us to provide the highest level of service to all of our clients.
